The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Charlotte rose by $51,000 while total sales increased by 10.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 5,650 homes sold, with a median sale price of $311,000 – a 19.6% increase over the $260,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 5,093 homes sold in Charlotte in the third quarter of 2020.
