Cornelius-Lemley Fire Rescue issued the following announcement on Feb. 23.

It is our honor to announce and celebrate our Class of 2022 graduates who completed over 75 instructional hours of leadership development over a four month period. Courses this year included such topics as the Moral Imperative of Leadership; Generational Differences in the Workplace; Quiet Professionalism in a Rapidly Accelerating World, Coaching for Performance; Cultivating Resiliency; Radical Candor; Media Relations; DISC and Communication Strategies; Developing Your Personal Leadership Philosophy; Legal Bootcamp for Emergency Services Leaders; Thinking Comprehensively, and much more!

These students who make up our 16th graduating class now join an alumni network of over 650 fire service officers from across the Southeast.
