The Town of Cornelius is hiring Full Time Firefighters! 

– Depending on qualifications the hiring range is $34,561 to $42,770

– NC Local Government Employee’s Retirement 

– 401k Plan with 5% Contribution

– Employer paid Health, Vision, Dental & Life Insurance 

– Vacation & Sick Leave accrued based on 53hr work week

– Residency Incentive for Cornelius Residents 

– 5% Increase at the end of successful probationary period 

– Annual Merit increases if approved
