Huntersville Parks & Recreation issued the following announcement on Oct. 16.

Dear Soul Music Co Presents the Unplugged+Live Concert Series! Sponsored by the ASC Culture Blocks, a community partnrship funded by Mecklenburg County. This touring concert series features live performances featuring local and touring talent, live DJs, & Food Trucks. Join us outdoors and socially-distanced.
Our show’s line up includes:

Katera:
South Carolina’s own, Katera, is a multi-talented singer, songwriter, producer and musician. Being hailed as a “keen genre mixologist” (Freetimes), she has graced the stage at some of her home state’s most well-known events and arenas to include: Rhythm On The River, The Freetimes Music Crawl and the Eau Claire, Jubilee and World Famous Hip Hop Family Day Festivals. Katera delivers a blend of soulful and sentimental sounds, cleverly fusing elements fit for urban, pop and crossover audiences. To date, she has self-released five singles: In love with the DJ, Super Hero, Good Day, No Phone Calls, and her latest release, Single, an anthem for those
who unapologetically choose themselves.

Follow Katera on social media (@kateraonthemic) and join her mailing list on www.kateramusic.com to receive updates on her upcoming performances and new music.

Oracle Blue:
Nashville-based group Oracle Blue blends elements of Neo-Soul, electronic music and #BAM (Black American Music) to create a newfangled soundscape with a sullen danceability. The group is fronted by producer Liz Kelley on guitar and effected vocals, supported by playback engineer Zach Douglas on trumpet and electronic sampling, and rounded out by a rotating cast in the rhythm section. Influences include artists ranging from Hiatus Kaiyote to Sylvan Esso, while creating a sonic culture that is uniquely their own. Occasions of note include multiple opening performances for five-time Grammy Award-winning artist Lalah Hathaway, endorsements from Traveler Guitar and Aston Microphones, a performance at NAMM, and a recent listing on DownBeat’s “What to Stream This Week”. The group has spent recent months collaborating on music with producer Justin Trout and bassist MonoNeon (Prince, Mac Miller, Ne-Yo), which released in spring of 2021.

Arsena Schroeder:
Founded in 2013 by singer-songwriter Arsena Schroeder, The Unplugged+ Live Series is a touring concert series in support of independent singer-songwriters. The series was initially a house concert with the idea of a listening-room experience in mind. In 2015, Unplugged+Live received grant funding from the Arts and Science Council. Since then the series has drawn local, regional, and national acts expanding from private living rooms into local venues across the region. Each show features two (or three) hand-selected acts for an intimate show allowing listeners to engage with their original work. To date, over 150 regional acts have featured in this series now expanding to Atlanta, GA and Austin, TX. We believe independent artists gain loyal fans through these experiences so we create them!
