Town of Cornelius Parks & Recreation issued the following announcement on Aug. 20. 

Join us for our 20th year of league play! Registration for Cornelius Flag Football is open through August 27. The 2021 fall league will be open to boys and girls ages 6-14, with practices beginning the week of September 6. The cost is $85 for Cornelius residents and $105 for non-resident.
