Town of Cornelius Parks & Recreation issued the following announcement on June 22.

Bailey Road Park’s basketball and tennis courts will be closed the next two weeks for resurfacing, starting Monday, June 27

The only options for playing basketball outdoors are at James Hoyt Wilhelm Park (19018 Smith Circle) and Torrence Chapel Park (21309 Torrence Chapel Road).

Other tennis courts to use in the meantime are at Robbins Park (17738 W. Catawba Avenue), Torrence Chapel Park, and Jetton Park (19000 Jetton Road).
