Town of Cornelius issued the following announcement on Oct. 2.

Our Urban Walk is just a few days away! Lace up your walking shoes and join us this Saturday, October 8, 9-10:30 a.m., at Cornelius Town Hall!
We will head over to the Antiquity Greenway with members of Heads Up Cornelius, talking about opportunities to walk in downtown Cornelius, pedestrian safety, and our greenway initiatives, and Laura Domingo, a naturalist with Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation, providing information about flora and fauna along the way.

 Pre-registration is free and encouraged!
