Town Of Huntersville issued the following announcement on June 24.
Every three years, Mecklenburg County Public Health collaborates with Atrium Health, Novant Health , and One Charlotte Health Alliance to examine the community’s health through the Community Health Assessment process. The Community Health Assessment includes a review of community health indicators, a community opinion survey, community priority setting activities, and action planning to address the leading priorities identified.
The 2022 CHA community opinion survey is available in English (https://mecklenburgcounty.co1.qualtrics.com/…/SV…) and Spanish (https://mecklenburgcounty.co1.qualtrics.com/…/SV…) until June 30, 2022.
