Town of Huntersville issued the following announcement on Oct. 10. 

Don’t forget, we will test outdoor warning sirens around all our nuclear plants on Wednesday, October 13. These 3-minute-long scheduled tests are part of normal maintenance and no action is required by residents. Learn more: http://spr.ly/6183JKXdd
