Town of Mint Hill issued the following announcement on Feb. 22.

Respect means listening to everyone’s views and treating everyone equally even if their views differ from your own. To me, respect means treating others with courtesy and kindness.  Respect is listening to what others have to say before expressing your viewpoint.

On February 26, Mecklenburg County will lift their mask mandate.  We have all been waiting for this day for a long time.  I ask you to respect businesses who choose to continue to require masks.  I wanted to take this opportunity to thank our businesses, employees, organizations, and residents for all your efforts to keep our community safe over the past two years.

The Town of Mint Hill is currently hiring!  If you, or someone you know is looking for a job, the Town of Mint Hill has openings in the Fire Department and the Public Works Department.  For more information, visit our website.  The Town of Mint Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
