Town of Pineville issued the following announcement on Dec. 18.

The 2023 Trash/Recycling Calendar is here!  Trash and Recycle Reminders: 

 Two rollout containers will be provided to each household – one trash (green body), and one recycle (blue body).

 Regular household trash will be picked up weekly on Wednesdays. Every other week recycling will be picked up on Wednesday. 

Major holidays will be delayed one day. Communication will be posted on the Town’s website prior.

Large/bulky items must be scheduled with either Waste Pro at 800-255-3800 or on the Town’s website located at www.pinevillenc.gov under Departments/Public Works/Trash.

The following is not allowed in the rollout containers:  Construction debris, TV’s, computers, electronic equipment, or paint.

Please place carts at the curb no later than 7am on the day of service.  Remove and store cans out of site within 24 hours.
