Town of Cornelius Parks and Recreation Department issued the following announcement on Aug. 16.
From 6-10 p.m. at Robbins Park, join us as we celebrate the end of summer and kick off the school year with this free, fun family event!
Enjoy musical performances by Bach to Rock Huntersville, NC, face painting, crafts & activities, yard games, free glow sticks, Gaga Ball, a guest appearance by Moana, and the movie "Sing 2" at dusk (approximately 8:15 p.m.)! Icy Scott Italian Ice will be available for purchase.
Don't forget to bring your lawn chairs or blankets! Coolers and picnic baskets are welcome.
NO glass bottles or containers, NO tobacco products, smoking, e-cigs, or vaping, and NO pets.
