Town of Matthews issued the following announcement on March 23.
The Transportation Bond and Parks and Recreation Bond proposed by the Town of Matthews were approved in the November 2022 election.
As planning for the bond projects continues, the Town is requesting input from residents.
A drop-in style public input meeting will be held on Thursday, March 30 from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm at Matthews Town Hall (232 Matthews Station Street).
Attendees will have the opportunity to discuss the projects with members of Town staff, ask questions and provide input on what proposed bond projects are most important to them.
