Town of Davidson issued the following announcement on Aug. 29.
The Town of Davidson offices, including town hall at 216 South Main Street and the Parks and Recreation Department at 865 South Street, will close Monday, September 5, in observance of the Labor Day holiday.
We will re-open Tuesday, September 6, at our regular 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. business hours.
According to Waste Pro, garbage collection will be on a one-day delay due to the September 5 holiday.
There is no recycling pick up that week. More garbage and recycling information can be found at www.townofdavidson.org/garbageschedule.
