Town of Huntersville issued the following announcement on Sept. 12.
Remove dead branches and prune broken/damaged limbs.
Lightly thin to allow for light penetration and air circulation.
Raise the bottom limbs to provide 7' of clearance for pedestrians.
Prune trees so there is 2' of clearance to any street sign.
